We currently deliver only within Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman ๐ฆ๐ช
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method at this time.
3. Can I return or get a refund for my order?
Yes! We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery. However, please note:
Only the entire box can be refunded โ individual items from the box cannot be returned separately.
The box must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
4. How do I request a refund?
If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process.
5. Are the boxes gift-ready?
Yes! Our boxes are beautifully packaged and ready to be offered as a gift. Whether for Ramadan, Eid, or any special occasion, My Muslim Box makes the perfect present for your loved ones.
6. Can I customize the items in the box?
Currently, our boxes come pre-curated with carefully selected items, ensuring a meaningful and complete gifting experience. We do not offer customizations at this time.
7. How long does delivery take?
Since we deliver only within Dubai, orders typically arrive within the same day or the next dayย of placing your order.
